Since March 2011, the Men’s Chorus of the Ozarks has been singing to celebrate differences in the Ozarks region. Dedicated to using the power of music to provide a voice for diversity in the Ozarks, the Chorus is committed to the community, both locally in Springfield and in the greater Ozarks area. The Mens Chorus of the Ozarks offers innovative and provocative musical performances for the educational and cultural enrichment of the Ozarks.

The Mid-America Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (MAGLCC) is an organization that advocates, promotes and facilitates the success of the LGBT business community and their allies through the guiding principles of equality, inclusion, economics and education.  The MAGLCC’s purpose is to create, identify and enhance business opportunities for LGBT and LGBT-friendly organizations, thereby fostering a more inclusive and vibrant economy in Mid-America. Currently focused on building the organization’s foundation in Kansas City our future plans call for the MAGLCC to be a resource for the five-state area of Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and Oklahoma.

GLAMA is a partnership between the Kansas City Museum and the LaBudde Special Collections of the Miller Nichols Library at the University of Missouri – Kansas City to collect, preserve, and make accessible the documents and artifacts that reflect the history of the gay and lesbian community of the Kansas City region.

This site will provide you with an overview of the materials that have already been gathered as well as give you an idea of what else we would like to collect and preserve.

The Ethical Society of St. Louis is a welcoming home for a group of people from various religious backgrounds in the major faiths, as well as agnostics and atheists, who come together to celebrate our journey through life and affirm our ability and responsibility to lead ethical lives of personal fulfillment that aspire to the greater good of humanity.

Some of our members and visitors concurrently attend their more mainstream houses of worship (such as a churches or synagogues) sometime during the week and then join us on Sundays and, perhaps, during the week for our other programs.
