
Project 10
Friends of Project 10 Inc. was created in 1986 to provide funding for programs and projects to support lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer and questioning (LGBTQ) youth. We consult with school districts throughout California and with community groups to assure that public schools are in compliance with state and federal laws regarding sexual orientation and gender identity.

PROMO
We identify LGBT rights supporters, educate them on the issues, give them the tools and the confidence to participate in the political process, and get results. PROMO’s goals are to help LGBT Missourians create a supportive and visible community, become active in the democratic process, and work for their equal protection under the law. We build community awareness and grassroots support for LGBT equality and increase civic participation of LGBT Missourians.

Transgender at Work
The Transgender at Work (TAW) project is a focal point for addressing workplace issues for the transgendered. TAW provides resources for innovative employers who want to set their company employment policies to help their transgendered employees to be at their most productive, without spending energy hiding an important part of themselves and pretending to be something they are not.
