The Good Samaritan Project is Kansas City’s oldest and most comprehensive agency exclusively devoted to the care and prevention of HIV/AIDS. They offer services to those who are HIV+ and their families through case management, mental health counseling, family recreation, and HIV prevention and testing services for those at highest risk.

The Good Samaritan Project is working to help Out, Proud and Healthy expand our impact westward into Kansas City both through the services they offer and by serving on OPAH’s Advisory Board. As a new organization, we need allies and advocates across the state who are committed to seeing healthy, long lives for LGTBQ Missourians. Representatives from GSP have been actively involved in our tobacco work around the state and are helping us learn ways to expand our tobacco cessation resources into the westward part of our great state.
