PROMO

PROMO is Missouri’s statewide lobbying organization. Every day, they hit the ground all across the state to make major policy changes on issues like safe schools, non-discrimination, and anti-LGBTQ legislation. PROMO is also taking action on health, by education about the Affordable Care Act’s impact on LGBTQ individuals and families and by raising awareness of LGBTQ health issues.

PROMO has been an active partner of Out, Proud and Healthy since our very first surveys on tobacco back in 2008. Recognizing that better lives for queer people means working for equality, building strong community partnerships, empowering people across the state to use their voices, and making change in Jefferson City, PROMO is an ally in working for the health of our communities.
