AIDS Project of the Ozarks (APO) is a non-profit community-based organization serving a 29 county region in southwest Missouri. APO currently serves over 600 clients with HIV/AIDS and their families.

Common Ground is Northwest Missouri State University’s GSA (Gay- Straight Alliance). Our community brings Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Straight individuals together to educate and provide a safe space. The DaVinci Society is an organization for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning students, staff, and faculty, along with all of our LGBT-supportive allies. We are based on the Missouri University of Science and Technology campus, but our meetings and activities are open to the public.
