A House of Hope Resource Center is a St. Louis, MO based non-profit organization providing education, information, resources and referrals to underserved and underrepresented persons who are living with HIV/AIDS. We are a community, a support system, and a resource. Our services include HIV/AIDS screenings, condom distribution, and in-home health care services.

We are a Skilled Nursing Facility providing care to HIV-positive residents who are 18 years of age or older. Our facility doesn’t treat HIV & AIDS like a terminal disease. A trained staff of medical professionals has years of experience treating this illness.

Transgender Health Network
In 2011, three psychologists began meeting with the intention of forming a network of health care professionals specifically focused on increasing and improving health care services to trans-identified individuals in our community. T-Net has grown to include physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, a nurse, and additional psychologists, many from numerous health care settings. The mission of Rain-Central Missouri, Inc. is to provide comprehensive STD, HIV and Hepatitis education, early detection and care coordination for at-risk individuals, families and communities.
